The Wilson Mobile M-4 is ideal for testing large parts.  It has a generous 14 inch throat depth as well as a 14 inch vertical capacity.  Operation is fairly straight forward, clamp the tester on your part, rotate the handle up to the minor load position, zero out the gauge, then rotate the handle to major load.  Remove the major load, bringing the handle back to minor load and the gauge displays your hardness number.

     This tester includes both the 150 KGF (HRC) & 60 KGF (HRA) load cylinders, as well as the tool required to change them out.  This unit also comes with a new C & A Diamond, two HRC Scale test blocks and manual.  The M4 is shipped complete with calibration certificate and is ready to use.
