United Service Company Inc are voting members for both ASTM E-28 (Rockwell, Brinell, & Portable Hardness Testing) and E-04 Committees (Micro hardness Testing). We regularly attend the meetings and provide valuable input to help construct a better working standard for the end users. By being on the ASTM Committees we are aware of upcoming changes to the standards and we relay these changes to our customers before the standard is implemented or before it becomes an issue during an audit.

United Service Company Inc knows how important your certifications are, especially during audit time. That is why we email you your certifications within 48 hours of when the calibration was performed. Previous certifications are backed up and stored on our server. Old certifications can be sent to you should you need them.
United Service Company Inc provides an Automatic Recall system to remind our customers about their upcoming service calls. This allows USC Inc to work with the customer to arrange a date and time so that the calibration doesn’t expire. This service is offered at no charge to the customer.
